Can I get a refund on my Red Whale Unlimited Annual package and sign up for Red Whale Unlimited monthly instead?

You will be able to sign up for Red Whale Unlimited Monthly membership once your existing annual membership has ended. We are not currently able to transfer annual membership into monthly membership. We will send you reminders to let you know when your annual membership is about to expire, so you can choose whether you would like to start a monthly membership at this point.
