I am a member of The DDU but have not been given Red Whale access, why?

If you are eligible for a Red Whale/DDU resource the applicable product will be added to your account. However, if this does not happen it may be indicating that you are not currently eligible for a DDU/Red Whale product. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact the DDU directly so that they can review this for you.
