If my payment fails and I update my payment details on a different day of the month to the one payment is normally taken, when will the next monthly payment be collected?
The next monthly payment will be taken on the day of the month you originally started your Red Whale Unlimited Monthly membership, not the day of the month the failed payment was collected.
