What do I do if I can’t remember my Red Whale login details? 

You can reset your Red Whale password at any time. Just head to our log in page and click the forgotten password link. We will send you an email with a link to reset your password in it. Just follow the link in the email, re-enter your email address and choose a new password. If you don’t see our email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.
