What happens after the 12-month minimum term has ended? Do I need to renew after 12 months?

After 12 months, if you have not cancelled your membership or asked our Delegate Support team to do this for you, you will be on a monthly rolling contract. Payments will continue to be taken on the same day of the month every month thereafter and you will have continual access to your resources – until such time as you cancel your membership, or we are unable to collect payment from you. You do not need to do anything if you want your Red Whale Unlimited Monthly to automatically renew.
