What happens if I want to cancel my Red Whale Unlimited monthly membership?

When you sign up to Red Whale Unlimited Monthly, you agree to a minimum term of 12 months. During your 12-month term, you can stop your membership automatically renewing beyond 12 months, by visiting your account area and toggling off automatic renewal at any time.

If you toggle off auto renewal, no further payments will be taken after your month 12 payment. If you do not stop your auto-renewal, you will move to a rolling monthly contract from month 13.
