What is GP Trainee Essentials?

GP Trainee Essentials is a package designed to support GP trainees with exam preparation and to give useful resources to use in your daily practice. It includes access over the course of your training year to Red Whale Knowledge – 900+ online resources to support you in consultation – including a specially designed digital handbook ‘AKT Tricky Topics’ which is packed with articles and GEMS on topics trainees most commonly struggle with in exams. The package also includes a series of webinars designed to support you through your exams covering topics such as workplace-based assessment (WPBA), tips for the Applied Knowledge Test (AKT) and Simulated Consultation Assessment (SCA) and how to find your way around statistics.
