Why haven’t I received my printed handbook? 

If you order a printed handbook before 3pm, the order will be processed the same day (excluding weekends & UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm (or on a weekend/ UK bank holiday) will be processed the next working day.  

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail (1st Class) and usual delivery times are 1–2 days.

If 5 working days have passed since you placed your order and you haven’t received your handbook, please get in touch.
